PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING C&S Consultants, Inc. utilizes a pavement maintenance system originally developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The system consists of a computerized database that stores, retrieves and manipulates data to perform a variety of analyses required for budget forecasts, future pavement conditions; lifecycle costing; and budget optimizations.
